Centrifugal Mist Collectors The DARWIN series, pantented and available in 4 models, covers throughput range of 600 to 3300 m3/h. This means that it can cope with widely differing applications, from small lathes to grinding machines or complex machining centres. The air filters of the Darwin Series collect and coalesce the oily pollutant thanks to the acceleration effect of the turbine or the rotor on the particles. The centrifugal action of the rotor coalesces the captured mists, bringing them back to their liquid state. The collected oil is sent back to the machine tool through the drainage pipe. เครื่องดักจับละอองน้ำยาหล่อเย็นระบบเหวี่ยงหนีศูนย์รุ่น Darwin (Centrifugal Mist Collestors Ststem) ของLosmaผลิตในประเทศอิตาลี มีแรงดูดให้เลือกใช้งานตั้งแต่ 600-3300 เมตร³/ชั่วโมง ประสิทธิภาพในทำงานสูงเหมาะสำหรับการบำบัดมลภาวะทางอากาศที่เกิดจากกระบวน การตัดเฉือนโลหะของเครื่องจักรที่ใช้น้ำยาหล่อเย็นประเภทผสมน้ำ(Water Base) เช่น เครื่องกลึง หรือ แมชินนิ่งเซ็นเตอร์ และยังสามารถใช้ดักจับละอองที่มีฝุ่นปนเปื้อนได้เช่นละอองจากเครื่อง เจียระไน เป็นต้น ช่วยให้ประหยัดน้ำยาหล่อเย็นเนื่องจากระบบการทำงานของเครื่องจะรวมละออง น้ำยาหล่อเย็นเข้าด้วยกันให้เป็นหยดขนาดใหญ่และปล่อยไหลกลับไปที่เครื่องจักร ดังนั้นเครื่องดักจับละอองน้ำยาหล่อเย็นของ Losma จะลดมลภาวะทางอากาศและช่วยปกป้องสุขภาพของพนักงานจากการสูดดมละอองน้ำยาหล่อเย็นภายในโรงงานและยังช่วยประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับน้ำยาหล่อเย็นได้อีกด้วย
